Bowel Regulation Movement + Diet Tracking

I have decided not to post poop pictures, (I think it's kinda disgusting to post them pictures online) but instead keep a record of what i eat and when i "poop". I started to keep track on 20th July and i shall post these records twice monthly. So, its every 15 days.

As for now, I have yet to integrate my exercise regime. I will be doing long distance brisk walk every weekend and post a picture of the places i have been so that i can keep myself motivated. My mission is to loose 15kg, hopefully by end of this year.
